High Quality Thermoform Fill Seal Machine For Butter & Margarine / Video

YZ thermoformers are mainly for automatic form fill seal applications and very often used for filling and sealing of water, juices, ketchup, mayo, honey, jam, chocolate paste, nut paste, cream cheese, coffee, milk, yogurt . The machine is a cam driven machine which means the plastic film forward move is done by a mechanical cam system leading a very high output preformance up 35 cycles per minute.

 

AS Butter and Margarine are milk derivates thermoforming filling and sealing of them are very critical  to ensure that the potential food safety risks are assessed and eliminated at the packaging process.  Further, butter and margarine are kind of high viscous fluids so filling is different than standard viscous fluids as it should be volumetric filling. All the surfaces of the filling unit must be smoothly polished to have almost no roughness on the flowing ways of butter and margarine to keep the food safety risks away.
