Ketchup Forming Filling Sealing Machine (Hffs) / Video

CEHUMA YZ series thermoformers are mainly for automatic form fill seal applications and very often used for filling and sealing of water, juices, ketchup, mayo, honey, jam, chocolate paste, nut paste, cream cheese, coffee, milk, yogurt . The machine is a cam driven machine which means the plastic film forward move is done by a mechanical cam system leading a very high output preformance up 35 cycles per minute.

 

Food safety is again very critical in viscous fluids as they are quite prone to detoriation because they are minimally processed before packed that makes them open to microbial growth therefore selection of right thermoform fill seal machines are quite vital for these group of products.
